The room was small but cozy and had everything I needed, like a kettle and a small fridge. the shared bathroom was clean and I never had to wait to use it. the host was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. Location was convenient with train stations and shops within walking distance.

The smell of cigarettes in the room was quite bothersome, coming in through the window crack. the location was a bit far from the city center, which was expected for the price.

We didn't want to say goodbye, the stay was wonderful.

Stayed there for 1 night, enjoyed it. Location was great in the good area very close to a bus stop to Lewisham Center, the center of London, and a supermarket and Hither Green train station. Hosts were adorable, even gave us room for cabinets. We had the double room which was cosy and warm.

The room at Alross Room with Breakfast was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. I loved the convenience of having a tea/coffee maker in the room, perfect for my morning brew. The shared kitchen was a great bonus, allowing us to cook our own meals and save some money. The garden was a delightful space to relax and enjoy the fresh air after a long day of exploring London.

Personally, I found the lack of an oven in the double room a bit inconvenient. Others might not mind though.

This place was absolutely incredible! The property was super cute and clean, with the comfiest bed ever. Rosy, the host, was the kindest and most welcoming person I've ever met. She even had a bottle of prosecco and chocolates waiting in my room. The breakfast options were superb, with a wide variety of choices including coffee, tea, juice, cereals, muffins. The house was extremely clean and had hand sanitizers everywhere. I had access to the lounge room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry facilities.
